Implementation science
Understanding how evidence-based interventions can work reliably in real-world primary-care and community settings.
Generating ethical, practical medical evidence that answers real questions from primary-care clinics and communities.
Important primary-care and public-health decisions are often made with limited local data, fragmented implementation evidence and insufficient understanding of how interventions work in real-world settings.
Our goal is not publishing papers for the sake of volume—it is producing credible, real-world evidence that helps doctors treat better and helps health systems plan smarter.
Understanding how evidence-based interventions can work reliably in real-world primary-care and community settings.
Generating locally relevant clinical and population evidence from first-contact care environments.
Studying access, continuity, referral, workforce and service-delivery questions.
Testing usability, effectiveness, safety and implementation of digital tools rather than assuming benefit.
Developing ethically governed disease or service registries where they can answer meaningful questions.
Working with hospitals, medical colleges and research institutions on appropriately governed studies.
A responsible research lifecycle
The VIDAYU research pathway places ethics, methodological fit and public benefit at every stage.
Define a problem that matters to clinical practice, communities or health systems.
Use fit-for-purpose methods with scientific and ethics review before study activity begins.
Analyse and report findings with transparency, participant respect and data safeguards.
Share useful learning with practitioners, partners and communities in appropriate formats.
VIDAYU is committed to research that respects participants, communities and data. Biomedical and health research involving human participants will be planned in accordance with applicable Indian regulations and the ICMR National Ethical Guidelines, with Institutional Ethics Committee review and other required approvals before study activity begins. Studies will be registered in an appropriate public registry where required or applicable, and reported using relevant EQUATOR Network guidelines. Data privacy, informed consent, scientific validity, transparency and responsible dissemination are core research requirements.
Open for co-investigation
VIDAYU welcomes early dialogue with investigators and institutions about appropriately governed collaborative studies.
